Online NLP Training – 10 Day Journey

We have completed the 70% Online NLP Training journey. We are seeing rapid results in participants.

Participants are learning average 3-4 techniques alongwith practice and theory behind them in every class. Now they are no longer amazed at the speed at which the change is happening.

They are not shocked to learn that a phobia can be released in 4-5 minutes.

They are not shocked to learn that bad memories can be painlessly wiped away in 2-3 minutes.

They are not shocked to hear that nail biting can be stopped in 5 minutes… and so on.

We have got some bigger surprises for them in the upcoming sessions.

Day 7 of Online NLP Training + Hindi Batch

We completed 7 days of Online NLP Training. We are also starting our first Hindi batch of NLP from June 4.

Day 7 – we finished 50% of NLP Presuppositions – a set of powerful belief statements modeled after the great change workers. The NLP Presuppositions greatly alter the outcome when you hold these true during your change work.

This has now set the participants to be on the path of becoming strong NLP Coaches. Looking at the attitude of participants, I surely believe that most of them have the potential of becoming amazing NLP Coaches and Trainers.

None of them is from Therapy background this time, however we don’t know when any of them decides to venture into Therapy in future as well.

Others will use this in their respective professions to achieve better performance.

Whatever it is, I am sure the Online NLP Training is going to give each of them a great base for whatever future holds for them.

Day 6 – Online NLP Training and Hindi Batch

We finished day 6 of the Online NLP Training.

The batch is getting along better and better. So far we haven’t done any formal rapport building techniques… but the batch is in high rapport mode. People want to stay in breakouts longer and longer. And since we are getting into high gear – the participants are getting more and more breakouts and using that to practice with FUN.

FUN is by product of NLP training. That doesn’t mean that the NLP Master Trainer is acting like a clown. That is a wrong notion propagated by some NLP Trainers who know nothing else than cracking jokes. Jokes come handy when you don’t have content – and still want to count the number of hours. Having said that the NLP Trainer has to hold the attention of the audience all the time and keep them motivated. For this stories and metaphors come in handy. He may throw in a joke here and there as he himself is having fun. However, he spends most of time in delivering and breaking down the content for the participants.

The real fun comes from the participants opening up to each other, understanding each others’ maps of the world and then adding humor to enrich the experience. The trainer can then just give a practice exercise and ample of time, and then sit back and let the group do the rest of stuff.

Today session ended at 8:50 PM for me, then the participants were given 2o minutes exercise to complete and we called it the day. However I was pleased to see that the participants stayed in breakout rooms till 9:30 just chatting and enjoying their time together. Couple of naughty ones took the opportunity and slipped away in 10 minutes. That does not mean they are not going to complete the exercise. This is part of the fun when the inner naughty child comes into picture and want to repeat the school days’ mischiefs :).

Also we have announced NLP in HINDI + ENGLISH batch which is starting from June 4. Click here to know more about it.
